What Will It Cost?

To electrify all vehicles and convert all electricity produced in the USA to solar will require 8 billion solar panels and 150 billion Sq Ft of rooftops. Luckily the USA has 170 billion Sq Ft of rooftops available. At an installation cost of $1,333 per solar panel, the total bill comes to $10 trillion.
